Additional rules Community Rules: 1. Keep the dwelling and common areas clean, free from trash, garbage, and debris. 2. Ensure doors, windows, and passages are clear for easy access to every room. Use them only for entry and exit. 3. Glass containers are not allowed in common areas. 4. The use of candles, kerosene lamps/heaters, cooking on balconies or outside, and soliciting business or contributions are not allowed. 5. No loud or disruptive behaviors, disturbing others' comfort, safety, or convenience, engaging in violence, possessing weapons or illegal substances, tampering with utilities, bringing hazardous materials, or damaging the community's reputation. 6. Use your card for entry; do not tailgate another vehicle. 7. Avoid operating gates near people or animals to prevent accidents. Fitness Center Rules: No glass, smoking, eating, alcoholic beverages, pets, or black sole shoes. Pool Rules: 1. Follow all posted rules and management policies in the pool area. 2. Swim at your own risk; the owner is not liable for accidents or injuries. 3. No glass, pets, or alcoholic beverages in the pool area. Use paper or plastic containers. 4. Proper swimwear required; cover-ups should be worn to and from the pool. 5. No running or rough play in the pool area.
